IMG_4642 The 10-day leadership development program included 20 participants studying various disciplines, 13 students from Zhejiang University and 7 from NC State. The program aimed to help students develop a better understanding of themselves and those from other cultures as well as help students improve leadership skills, such as communication, team building, and innovative thinking.
